Many Thanks

My naked angels doing what they do best, snuggling.  Maus and Moshe Moshi are feeling much better.  Though Moshe Msohi is still not eating big, Maus pretty much is back to normal.  Thyroid seems to be fine, no intestinal bugs found in Moshe Moshi's stool.  No explanation on Maus's red and white blood cell count.  The antibiotics worked for her, Moshe is already on an antibiotic for his bowels so nothing conclusive.  We will be working closely with their Vet to managing their weight better (nutritionist) and I think I may need to do something more with litter boxes (look for a post on nakedandhungry.com next year about litter solution for allergies sufferers) but for now everyone seems to be okay.


I just put a bird and veggies in the oven for our meal (the bird is for our house guest and the cats, I'm doing meatless this year) and before that had just gotten back from my duties this morning at the nursing home.  There were more volunteers this year than the home had planned for and they asked some of us yesterday if we would help setting up for the Thanksgiving luncheon and then go up to the wards and feed clients that could not come down for the festivities (most late stage Alzheimer patients).   I am tired but still very happy to do it.

For the rest of the day I think I will just lay out ans snuggle with the kidz, The entire first season of Fringe is on Science channel and the eggnog ice cream is chilling in the freezer (along with the bourbon) but maybe I'll finish up those crochet hats before dessert.
